Best part on the market!
My dishwasher leaked (flooded) out the front. Thanks to on-line videos and tutorials, I finally determined that it was the fill valve. Other than it being in a confined space, this part was a dream to install and worked perfectly. Saved the cost of a repair man, waiting for a part to arrive, another trip for a repair man, etc., etc. (and I'm a tiny 61 year old woman). If I can do it, you can do it.
exact fit
I found this product to be an exact fit and would recommend it to anyone in need. Always remember to use a thread seal and pay attention to where you will need to screw in the water recepticle so it lines up the same as the old one . Would suggest marking the position.on the new valve.
Like a Glove!
As others have stated on here, the part works as advertised. My Whirlpool Quiet System III dishwasher would only fill intermittently. After reviewing online videos and researching for cause, I ended up with the inlet valve as the most likely culprit. The part arrived wrapped in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box only 2 days after I ordered it. Removed the part and installed it quickly. The bottom line is the dishwasher is repaired and works like it's designed. Awesome deal too!
