AWESOME POWER
I bought this along with some other sizes for our rental units and I'm ecstatic with the price for the power this thing puts out!! I tried one from O2Z but the plastic got torn up by the ozone and measured its voltage output at the generator. It was about 1390 plus or minus and was supposed to put out 7,000 mg/hr. This one had 7,008 and up to 7,144 volts!!! So no wonder the other crap kicked the bucket.
This one puts out 7,000 mg/hr but it's not rated based on the others. The others rate theirs at pure oxygen input which is a Chinese method of cheating. No one will feed straight oxygen into any generator. Air has only 21% oxygen so they base the count on that. This one really is 20,000 or much more based on their measurement system.
I know the other one never cleaned odors like this one. This one got to the ozone enrichment where my eyes itched and watered and throat itched in a few minutes where the other one did not even get that far. It just got...
Simple, but does the job
I had left a couple of messages with the company for additional information and they did not call me back. That was a huge red flag for me, but since I don't need this on a consistent basis, I decided to ask another company that sold the device for a lot more money my questions and then if the answers were what I needed order this one. I made the decision to order it directly from Amazon in case there was a problem since Amazon has always been extremely responsive to any issue I've had. I was afraid if I ordered it from the manufacturer's website that if there were a problem they would not respond after the sale since they didn't respond before the sale!
So on to my review. My concerns with the shock treatment were several--I have multiple animals and I couldn't relocate all of them (30 gallon fish tank for instance, birds in heavy iron cages) outside the home easily. I wanted to know if I shocked a bedroom and some of the ozone leaked into another room would I be looking...
Built a box and install a fan and used a timer.
So far it is cleaning very good. I will build a better box later, but the one I built now is doing fine.
House smells new and no odors.
