Great food processor.
Grated up my zucchini in a couple of minutes. Makes processing vegetables for freezing a snap. No more grating with mandolin grater. I have had a lot of food processors and this is the best. I can whisk up my egg whites, stir my dough, make french fries. It's a must have. Powerful motor and large 12 cup bowl. Saves so much time. And I don't need to worry about my discs falling apart like so many processors, no middle to break out. I reccomend this over any other processor.
Update on Appliatech
Initially we had a bad experience with this order and seller. The seller, Appliatech, lives up to their slogan of satisfying customers. They did satisfy this dissastified customer. They have provided a manual along with other information. And, they have followed up on what they said they would do. I have used it once and was pleased with the results.
