Brings dead Whirlpool dishwashers back to life
If your Whirlpool dishwasher died mid cycle, now has no power, I'd bet you blew the thermal fuse. If so, this is what you need. 10 minute install and you're back up and running. Great replacement part.
Works as advertised
Easy to replace, dish washer running fine.
One word of wisdom, follow the instructions and use the new wiring harness - do not assume the existing harness is fine...I don't know the mechanism (but I do have confirmation) if you replace just the fuse it will blow again, not immediately but within a couple of weeks...
Exactly what we needed
Was easy to replace, works great. I did not use the wiring harness because I was not comfortable with cutting existing wires and connecting to new harness with no instructions.
