Valve and rough-in sold separately but easy to install.
I got the Grohe pressure balancing valve and rough in box, and I'm really pleased with my purchase. The instructions could have been better but weren't bad. I replaced separate hot, cold, and diverter valves and used compression fittings to put everything back together. It couldn't have been easier, and the compression fitting cut my time in half for this job.
